FAQ - HELLO! MAG - DELIVERED ON WEDDING DAY
You do the magazines on the day of the Wedding! how is it done?
We go to the Wedding Service and a photographer will take photos during and
after the Service (separate to the professional photographer that will aleady be there
on the day) they will then go off and get as many copies of the magazine printed
up as desired to have delivered to the reception, in place by the time the
speeches are done after the meal
I live outside dublin, do you do Magazines all over Ireland?
Unfortunately we are only equipped to deal with Dublin and surrounding Counties
(Wicklow, Wexford (to Gorey), Meath, Louth, Kildare)
How do I arrange payment?
Upon delivery of the magazines on the day, we accept cheque/cash/postal draft.
Do i need to pay a deposit?
A deposit isn't necessary.
My wedding isn't until 2011 can i book now?
Yeah we have taken in over a dozen bookings for 2011 already!
What will be in the magazine?
For both the 8 and 12 page version, there will be 6 pages allocated to photos taken
on the Wedding Day, we try to cover as many bases as possible by including several photos of the happy couple, the mother and fathers of the bride and groom, the Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, the entire Wedding Party together...
For the 8 page version there will be 2 pages allocated for childhood photos of the
Bride and Groom (maximum of 10 in total) If scanning them in please ensure the photos are scanned in at a resolution of 300.
For the 12 page version there will be a double spread for the bride and the groom (10 photos each) and thetre will be a double page spread for 4-5 articles, this can be how
they met, amusing anecdotes etc. We will also include both the Bride and Groom professionally superimposed alongside their favourite celebrity.

FAQ - HELLO! MAG - HEN & BIRTHDAY PARTIES
How much notice do you need to do a 'Hello' Magazine for a Hen Party or Birthday?
We usually require a minimum 2 weeks prior to the date of the event in which to
receive the relevant pictures and stories.
What do you need in order to complete it?
Depending on whether you require an 8 or 12 page version, we generally
allocate 4 photos per page, so 32 photos for an 8 page and 48 photos for 12 page.
Ideally the magazine should be broken into front cover, 3 spreads and back cover
for an 8 page and each 'spread' should have a theme, one of which should ideally be
a spread with embarrassing childhood photos. In order to give it the 'look and feel' of a magazine there should be 3-4 articles, roughly around 300 words each, this can be
on any subject you like, how the couple met, embarrassing stories, amusing anecdotes
how you met the hen...
I live outside dublin, do you deliver if so how much does it cost?
We've delivered magazines all over the country and only charge the basic P&P
of 2euro (may be a slight extra charge for large quantities)
How do I arrange payment?
Upon collection or if you need the magazine posted out if you can send out a
cheque/cash/postal draft once you have seen a complete draft of the magazine
and are entirely happy to proceed with it. (details of where to send the payment
will be arranged prior to that)
I have alot of photos that i would like included in the magazine that i don't have
on a digital camera, is it ok to post them out to you?
While we have accepted hard copies of photos sent in the past we would prefer
to accept them only if you cannot get any access to a scanner as we cannot be
held responsible for any items that are lost in the post, especially photos that
cannot be replaced!
Alot of the photos i want to use are on Facebook, will they be ok?
Unfortunately not, the images you see on Facebook are at a much smaller resolution that what is required for print, the 'actual' size on an image taken from Facebook would only be a fifth of the size as it appears on screen when printed.
I don't have any childhood photos of the hen, can i put other photos in there instead?
Yeah, thats no problem, given the lenght of time it takes to complete each magazine
we aim to stick as closely to the template as possible however in circumstances
whereby you cannot fufill certain pages we can place other ones in there in order
to do so
